Scope
This Delivery Policy applies to all services provided by Universal Core Solutions, including design, development, and marketing engagements.
Delivery Method
- Deliverables are provided digitally via secure links (e.g., Figma, GitHub, Google Drive) or client-approved platforms.
- Access credentials and documentation are shared through encrypted channels.
- No physical shipments are provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Timelines & Milestones
- Project kickoff typically occurs within 3–5 business days of contract execution and initial payment.
- Milestone dates are defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and depend on timely client inputs/approvals.
- Delays in feedback or scope changes may shift delivery dates and will be communicated promptly.
Approvals & Handover
- Interim previews are shared for review; approval is captured in writing (email or platform comment).
- Final handover occurs after settlement of the final payment or as defined in the SOW.
- Post‑delivery support and maintenance options can be added via a separate agreement.
